Questions About Realtor Email Sending

Answers

Everything Users Ask Before Sending

These answers keep the product clear about list flexibility, RealtyOutreach access, responsible sending controls, and platform limits.

Platform

What is RealtySender?

RealtySender is an email sending platform built for realtor outreach workflows. It helps teams upload or connect realtor list sources, verify contacts, set up sender domains, choose templates, send campaigns, and track results.

How is RealtySender different from general email marketing platforms?

General platforms are usually built for opt-in newsletters and broad subscriber marketing. RealtySender is focused on realtor list campaigns, including list preparation, verification, suppression, unsubscribe handling, and campaign tracking.

Is RealtySender replacing RealtyOutreach?

No. RealtySender is a separate sending product that can work beside RealtyOutreach. RealtyOutreach users may authenticate their account and make eligible lists available in RealtySender when that connection is available.

Lists and contacts

Can I upload my own realtor list?

Yes. RealtySender supports direct realtor list uploads. Uploaded lists still need to be used responsibly with verification, unsubscribe handling, suppression checks, and review before sending.

Can I use a list that was not purchased from RealtyOutreach?

Yes. Users can upload realtor lists from other sources. The sender remains responsible for the source, quality, permissions, and lawful use of any uploaded contact data.

Can RealtyOutreach users use their purchased lists in RealtySender?

When available, authenticated RealtyOutreach users can make eligible purchased lists available inside RealtySender. Access can depend on account permissions, product setup, and applicable data-use requirements.

Do other platforms allow purchased email lists?

Many mainstream email marketing platforms restrict or prohibit third-party or purchased lists. RealtySender is designed for compliance-aware realtor outreach, but using a list still requires responsible review and sender compliance.

Sending and deliverability

Does RealtySender guarantee inbox placement?

No. No email platform can guarantee inbox placement. RealtySender helps with important foundations such as verification, sender-domain setup, suppression controls, unsubscribe handling, and campaign reporting.

What controls are included before sending?

The workflow is built around email verification, sender-domain setup, unsubscribe handling, suppression checks, and campaign tracking so teams can prepare outreach more carefully.

Do campaigns include unsubscribe handling?

Yes. RealtySender messaging and workflows are built around clear opt-out handling and suppression records so future campaigns can respect unsubscribe requests.

Pricing and setup

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on monthly send volume. Current public plans are $99 for 5,000 emails per month, $199 for 20,000 emails per month, and $499 for 120,000 emails per month.

What do I need before my first campaign?

You need a realtor list source, sender-domain setup, campaign content, and time to review verification, suppression, unsubscribe, and launch-readiness checks.

Who should I contact for setup help?

Send setup questions to hello@realtysender.com. Include your company name, approximate monthly send volume, and whether you plan to upload lists or connect an approved source.

Still deciding?

Send the team your list source, approximate monthly volume, and the type of realtor campaign you want to launch.
