Uploaded contact lists
Customers are responsible for the lists they upload or connect. RealtySender processes those lists to support verification, suppression checks, campaign sending, reporting, and account operations.
RealtyOutreach connection
If a user authenticates an approved RealtyOutreach account, RealtySender may access eligible list data needed to make that data available inside the sending workflow.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, email infrastructure, analytics, billing, support, security, and related platform functions.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational needs, maintain suppression and unsubscribe records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.
