Customer lists and responsibility
Customers are responsible for the source, quality, permissions, and lawful use of uploaded or connected contact lists. Uploading a list does not remove the sender's compliance responsibilities.
Responsible sending
Users must respect unsubscribe requests, suppression records, applicable anti-spam and privacy requirements, and platform safeguards designed to protect recipients and sender reputation.
Prohibited activity
Users may not use RealtySender for deceptive content, unlawful campaigns, credential sharing, platform abuse, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass verification, suppression, or sending controls.
RealtyOutreach connection
Authenticated RealtyOutreach access may allow eligible list data to become available in RealtySender. Availability can depend on account permissions, product configuration, and applicable data-use requirements.
Service changes and availability
RealtySender may update features, plans, limits, safeguards, and availability as the product evolves. No email platform can guarantee inbox placement or campaign results.
